Ayess Industries International Corp. is incorporated as a private company out of Delaware. The Ayess name was born from the consolidation of several smaller companies. The Company founders and shareholders are all presently from Canada.

Ayess housing division deals with governments, corporate entities, international organizations and individual groups who are seeking solutions to housing shortages. These shortages may arise from growing affordable housing needs (G7 countries), disaster relief (globally), growth restricted economies due to labour shortages (Dubai, Alberta), remote business locations or a desire to provide employee housing as a work incentive.

The company presently is made up of four primary divisions, because of the nature of the products and services offered by Aii.  The three security divisions are in the pipeline for potential public offerings upon government security clearances, limited private placements and/or Government partnerships.

Over a Decade of Developments, Since 1997 Millions have been spent on research and development through Ayess and its partners. These developments have created numerous new proprietary technologies that has allowed our company to bring forward plans for the worlds first high volume environmentally friendly housing factory.
