Dormitories

Every education facility can gain students if they can provide more student housing in close proximity to the school and Ayess has designed dormitory models that allow for high density student housing.

Today governments and educational institutions are finding it very difficult to provide equal access to post secondary education primarily because of the high cost of housing. They are working franticly to remove the barriers to education but they need an innovative solution to their housing needs, one that provides short production and installation times, small environmental footprint, standard quality for of all rooms, high tech access in each room and access to free local and long distance calling* for students. On their overstretched budgets, the ability to provide this type of housing is becoming increasingly more difficult which may force them to outsource this development.

This opens up major opportunities for Ayess and other potential outside investors to dominate this market. The mass production technology and modularity of the units supplied by Ayess can quickly be used to develop large complexes to solve any educational facilities needs. This win/win situation is exactly the type of situation that Ayess seeks in every industry segment that it enters.

Even without the specific requests from institutions or local governments, Ayess is reviewing the possibility of partnerships to move into post secondary cities that require student housing with the creation of a student housing real estate investment trust.

Assessments on newly proposed projects are still yet to be determined.
 

02 Alberta-Canada Housing

The Tar Sands of Canada's western provinces are a huge alternative source of oil and dozens of oil exploration and refining companies are moving into the area to take advantage of the huge resource in this government friendly area. The massive growth in the Athabascan region has created a huge migration to Alberta from the rest of Canada which has created enormous stress on the housing market. The vacancy rate in cities close to the tar sands is near zero and in the major cities in the province the vacancy rate is around 0.9%. The wages in Alberta is higher than anywhere else in Canada and there are simply no local workers available to build enough housing. Off-site construction is the only answer and mass production is the only viable solution to keep up with demand.

The Ayess solution is an ideal partnering opportunity for Alberta and the companies that are and will be operating in the Tar Sands. Since new companies coming into the area threaten to pinch the available workforce by providing adequate housing as an enticement, it is essential that existing businesses jump on board with Ayess in the near future.

The successes in the future development of the tar sands will go to those companies that are able to adequately provide for their work force and the first provision needs to be housing.

Latest Project Update!

A proposed 400 unit complex with the ability to increase has been assessed and preliminary numbers show potential R.O.I. being  14.14% with the potential to increase an additional four (4) points using leverage and tax strategies. A private placement offering is presently being prepared for this project to move to the development stage.

Medical Walk In Clinics & Treatment Centers

A few requests have come in for the potential of constructing medical walk in clinics. New doctors and aging doctors can work together in walk-in clinics to both build and downsize clientele respectively while both have the ability to take advantage of a lower cost infrastructure with tax benefits.

 

04 Next Generation Fuelling Stations

Ayess is working with InvestorsPit.com to develop a nationwide service station network for the future development of the energy efficient automotive industry. The long term potential of this market segment is well over 100,000 stations in North America alone.

 

05 Enviro Depot Franchise Agreement (Pending)

This agreement could see Ayess produce up to 600 locations across North America.
