Ayess
has several climate controlled mobile hostel units
designed
specifically for those
who live at the
mercy of the environment living under bridges
or even in cardboard
shelters. These
climate controlled units provide shelter and security for the
few but essential possessions that the homeless
person values so dearly. They could be purchased by
those governments or organizations who are in a
position to assist the homeless and can be provided
in an optional mobile format.
Ayess
Industries International has spent many years
working with forecast groups on the future outlook
of social programs and infrastructure planning.
Today many hostels just seem to provide a temporary
bed and in some cases a bowl of soup on a day by day
bases. Ayess believes that in the future hostels
can play a vital role in ending what many would call
an endless cycle of poverty and street people. The
future of hostels will not only provide a warm bed
and a bowl of soup but will also provide a mailing
service with a fixed address and contacts in order
to move regular users into a more stable and
permanent environment.
Types of hostels Ayess can provide to the
marketplace:
Emergency Mobile Hostel
concept provides only a bed and a small storage
compartment for items that are carried on the
person.
Open area concept
provides bedding within a wide open gymnasium style
room but also provides a larger storage compartment.
This style lacks privacy and safety but works for
large scale needs.
Partially Segregated Open
Area
provides bedding within an area that might have a
small wall or curtain between the beds that allow
for a very small amount of privacy and allows the
patrons to feel a little more secure than without.
Fully Segregated
concept and the preferred method of temporary
shelter provides tiny secure rooms with one double
bed and two half-double beds. These units provide
security at night time and allow for families to
maintain some dignity and privacy. These are primarily aimed at
poorest families and are not intended as long term
residences, although they could be used for that
purpose in extreme situations.
Ayess Micro Housing is half of a
standard unit
complete with a 3 piece bathroom, sleeping for up to
four people and a kitchenette. These are meant for
people coming out of the emergency hostels in a
transition phase to the standard unit.
