Low to Medium Volume Regional Factories

Producing up to 600 units per month or 1/20th the Volume of the Ayess High Volume Factory

Due to a large number of requests Ayess has reconfigured many of its high volume factory concepts and technologies in order to set up a small scale (up to 7,200 Units per year)  low volume factory process along with logistical plans that will be put into action as more companies and governments request us to build housing on a short time line for growth stagnated economies due to labor housing shortages. In such situations Ayess can make arrangements to build required housing off-site within a small scale 600 unit per month temporary factory where adequate labor and infrastructure is available then ship the completed housing units to areas that are labor stretched and where housing is in very short supply.

Presently Ayess is developing individually tailored plans to help alleviate labor housing shortages for several entities who have expressed interest in our products in order to help reduce their housing issues.

Ayess is open to joint ventures and or partnerships with Governments and International Organizations who would like to utilize our proprietary technologies in order to fast track viable affordable housing solutions.

It is well known that people/workers who are lacking adequate housing with private personal space over time tend to become restless and unhappy. This in turn has major negative implications for companies and economies who want to continue to grow. Labor under these  circumstances will have much higher rates of absenteeism, sickness, stress and other related issues resulting in an overall productivity issue while on the job.  This has already been happening in many parts of the world today (Dubai-UAE, Alberta-Canada and others)  where this situation exists.  Many workers at some point just give up before jobs/contracts are ever completed and move away leaving companies and governments scrambling for replacements while the work/infrastructure projects fall behind schedule and economic activity gets degraded further from its ability to grow.
