Factory Produced Products
The primary or standard production
unit, complete with kitchen, private bath and stand-alone HVAC system uses a
very small footprint, taking up just 3000 cubic feet. A mini-micro unit will
only use 1500 cubic feet and is ideal to replace shanty towns. These are not
only environmentally friendly, but are expected to be amongst
the most energy efficient houses in the world.
H
The standard unit, specifically designed for modest households, is capable of
sleeping up to seven individuals comfortably. These units can be configured as
both stand-alone units or as large multi-unit complexes and are also adaptable
to expand at later dates. These units could very well be the answer to
bring down social housing costs dramatically.
Other products consist of larger units
requested
by the United Nations, International Organizations for emergency relief and governments in need of relieving housing shortages.
Governments & Investors Expressing Interest
Governments & Investors Internationally have expressed interest
in our proposed high
volume housing factory. Ayess is continually reviewing expressed
interests on all levels in order to move this project forward to full construction of
the factory. As of this time, the hosting location of the high volume factory has not yet
been determined but several locations around the globe are under
consideration. Several governments have expressed an interest
in becoming the host nation of our
first high and low volume factories.
It is expected that the location chosen for
hosting the high volume factory
will gain International
recognition and prestige for being able to provide the world marketplace and large international organizations like the United Nations
and others with a high volume quick response housing solution for
devastating disasters
that have yet to occurred.
