Ayess has several designs and sizes of dormitories that can be assembled on an accelerated pace. Our designs are focused on better fire resistance, reduced production concepts and costs while ensuring that materials being used are more resilient against numerous types of damages that many dormitories today suffer at the hands of a small few reckless students (reducing long term maintenance costs dramatically). These units are best suited for governments and educational organizations looking to reduce housing costs to its students and also opens up opportunities to investment groups looking to diversify into student housing while reducing housing costs for students.

• Dorm rooms vary in size and configurations from one room with a bed, dresser and closet  and sometimes include washrooms with showers.  Of course to build more cost effective dorms including more then one bed makes more sense.
• and some as small as Unit ranges in size from 2720 cubic feet (77.02 m3) with sizes increasing incrementally by 1360 cubic feet (38.51m3) with no upper limit on size.
